I looked into this a few yrs ago now, as some one was giving away his sand & rubber, the cost to move it and hire the lorries was just as much as it would be to buy the stuff from new also with sand/rubber you then need planning permission and a lot harder to hide !!!!!!

Sorry were South Bucks. Its sand and really fine rubber, so looks like black sand. if thats makes any sense!
its in our 20 x 40 school.
