where did i get the courage from to jump...

This high?
I know its not that high but for me it is,
just a little more than two weeks ago i wouldnt even jump
on the lowest hole, now im jumping the top, sadly no photos of that, but i have some of the second from top.
because i have never jumped this high before my release is horrible but i will work on that, But is there anything else i should work on?

looks from the pics as though you're riding a little long which means that when your upper body goes forward, your lower leg goes back, making your position a little insecure.

As you say, your release is a little slow - just watch your elbows which are coming out rather than forward, following your hands

Ditto the stirrup length - when you've shortened them, do those jumps again and get someone to photograph you, then you can compare how it looks as well as how it feels
