I am also interested to hear what happened. I am inclined to believe that the woman is being lied to and the pony has been sold on or injured in some way. I dont know any vet who would of come out at 4am to put a horse to sleep that was perfectly healthy (or so she is told)

Hey guys, sorry no update before now.
Vet fobbed me off, cant divulge that sort information, cant get any more info. Prob feeling very guilty
Got my mate to call up to the field, shes been told exactly the same story again, they're not budging on the details, shes convinced theyre not lying, we all stabled together up until 6 weeks ago. Not sure what i believe, surely it would have been much kinder to say they had sold him on though.
Nothing stranger than folk! eh.

Can you find out how the horse was removed and go through those channels?

I imagine the vet said that he can't discuss other clients information with you.

Thats exactly what he said. They just said the "place that creamates animal" and ive no idea where that place is! Gonna try and look into it but keep coming to dead ends, Very cloak and dagger stuff.
I think it may have been cheaper to fix the fence, dont you?

Did they say how he was removed? How many companies in your area would do that? We only have one, so it might be worth chasing it up that way? How awful that you have to go through all this.
