Where did you see your four legged friend advertised?..yes, I mean horse!

All of ours (bar the latest acquisition came via ads in the horse section of the saturday Yorkshire Post. That used to be one of the view places that had horses for sale. This was before the internet. Funnily we sold my sister's horse (via the paper) and the woman who bought him subsequently sold him through the internet. We thought that was sooo bizarre at the time but now it's just the norm isn't it.

My most recent purchase was through Horsemart. I find it the easiest site to browse horses on.

First one; drove past a yard which had a board outside saying 'foals for sale.' Drove on to the yard and ended up buying one!

Second one; horsedeals

Third one; horsemart

Fourth one; facebook!!

Horse & Hound :). I had been looking on HorseMart, HorseQuest, local tack shops, friends, word of mouth and his was the first ad I responded to. Owner pinged me back to say that he was sold subject to vetting :(. Went and looked at and went to try a bunch more - none grabbed me - then saw him readvertised (again in H&H) and as soon as I drove onto yard when we went to try/view and saw him, I knew I would buy him . . . awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

Yes, that was fluffy. Love him to bits though.
