As subject says really it dosnt clearly say where to send the passport to on the change of ownership page it just says to be reported to the organisation that issued the passport. The only address i can find in the passport is:
postbus 156
3840 ad harderwijk
but to be honest i wasnt even sure it was an address.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I really need to do the same since ive had my horse a year and a half and his passport is still reg to the owner before last......
I agree that i have no idea if the collection of words/letters on his passport are even an address ??!!??
My dutch isnt what it could be.....

1987rider that will be the address, but I think the best way would be to e-mail the federation (find some contact details on website above) and ask them whether you need to send the original or photocopies and how long you have to wait before they send it back (and before you start to panic

From the website link above...

What do I need for a Transfer of Registered Party?
You will need the original KWPN registration certificate and passport (if one has been issued) of the horse in order to transfer the registration. For members of the KWPN the transfer is free of charge. If you are not a member, the new owner will automatically become a member of KWPN.
N.B. If the passport is sent in only to be updated to comply with the rules of DEFRA (UK) the horse can be transferred by paying € 21,20 without the new owner becoming a member. KWPN will make the passport legitimate by stamping and signing it. We will also add the part of Human Consumption if this not already in the passport.
