Hi I ordered a xc shirt online last week and it came after 5 days however the sizing is completeley wrong, im a size 8 and on the website it says size 10 34'' chest so I went ahead and ordered a size 10 and had it personalised (black with silver stars all down the arms and a star on the hip) Im not kidding when I say it wouldnt fit a barbie doll... its tiny, Id honestly say its a kids age 10 its that small, iv'e measured the chest of the shirt and its 32'' not 34'' as stated on the website
They have a no returns policy as the item is customised, theyve offered me another shirt 1/2price but I want a refund Iv'e asked them for a refund and im awaiting a reply.
What else could I do/say to get a refund?

Customisation is irrelevant - the product is still covered by sale of goods act. And if it is not as described you are entitled to return it and expect a full refund.

In my last email to them I did say as the shirt is not the size as advertised so it is your fault not mine that it doesn't fit and I want a refund. Its not like its got my name plastered all over it its got a few stars on they could more than likely sell it to someone else
