I've started stewarding more and more so i need some nice (contemporary if poss) showing clothes. I mainly do ridden and working hunter.

eBay! There is so much on there to buy at a click and the "granny chic" aka judging outfits are usually cheaper than the fashionable stuff! that isn't to say I buy rubbish - stick with brands you know - I wear a lot of Zara, Coast, Boden, Hobbs.... but I think the key is to try to create the country yummy mummy look....

I judge on various panels and have about 12 different "judging outfits" that I cycle around - can't go wrong with flat brown boots, a calf length skirt, a good quality tweed jacket (would love a "Liberty freedom" but sense prevails!) and an assortment of different coloured cardigans and silk scarves. Gets more complicated for evening perfomances! A good hat is a must and again ebay - you might end up buying stuff that doesn't suit or work for you - so resell it.

ooooh thank you - what key words do you search on chic?? ive tried "tweed suit" but nothing really comes up xx

What are you after specifically? Don't forget to tick "include description" -for a jacket, look in both the "coats and jackets" category and the "suits and tailoring".

long skirt and fitted jacket i think or waist coat - i want to look really nice as well as smart but im a size 16 so dont want to look frumpy

plus i have the added complication that i wont wear leather or swede so im trying to find nice boots too like duberry ones
