I have a warmblood gelding who i am looking to rehome as non ridden or light hack to keep another horse,pony company i am thinking along the lines of £100 just to change ownership but would hate to have some one think they can make money out of him but really dont know where to start.Where is the best place to start.No crit please as this is a very hard thing to do as it is
 
Most horse selling websites have loan sections.

I doubt you'll get £100 for him: if you want a contract, then £1 as and when you get to that stage.

Maybe have him freeze marked with LOU (loss of use) before he goes.
 
The loss of use may be a good idea although he is fine to ride and in work at the moment but i really would perfer him to just not compete again i cannot loan as i could not have him back due to my grazing and family issues
 
As I understand it, you can have LOU and still ride a ned. Dizz may end up LOU re. jumping, but she should (all crossed) still be okay to hack and maybe do fast work so long as no jumping involved.

I guess it would go on the passport as to what could be done.
