where should the vin plate on a HB403 I for trailer?

On all the HB403 trailers I've seen there as been no vin plate on the arm (where it is hitched to the car) so I'm just wondering where you guys think it should be? I'm getting mixed opinions, even from ifor Williams their selves! I wouldn't like to end up with a stolen one! Thanks

Mine is brand new and I have 3 plates on the chassis under the grooms door or maybe it's the ramp side I can't remember .
