where to advertise a 4 yr old potential eventer

A good friend of mine has been let down on the sale of her homebred 4 year old eventer type, he was due to go to a 4* eventer - but the sponsor has pulled out as they can no longer afford to be a sponsor so my friend is left with this chap. He is gorgeous, with stunning paces and showing a huge jump SJ and about to start his XC. We were discussing how she can sell him today - but he is a serious event prospect so she needs to bring him to the attention of the professional riders, Has anyone any suggestions as to how to do this. She really does need to sell him ASAP

I'd call up the local well respected pro's in the area and ask them to assess the horse for you / get it out to BYEH & PAVO - offer them a decent cut of the sale if recomend a purchaser.

Or get in touch with an event dealer, someone like Susie Pragnell etc

Thanks for this he's booked in for a couple of PAVO's - does anyone know of any decent event dealers - in South West? And has anyone ever sold via EXmoor Eventing?
