where to advertise a horse for permanent loan?

My friend is looking for a new home for her 16.3hh ex dressage schoolmistress who now needs a quieter life as a happy hacker with some light school work due to having navicular which is being successfully managed. Where is good to advertise?

I think Horsequest is a good place to advertise, but would always try local tack/feed shops etc. first.

Is that free though as I am pretty sure this mare will go quickly so she doesn't want to spend money advertising if she doesn't need to as she is super mare who was on the potential Dressage World Class Squad with a paralympic rider in the past. She is an angel in all respects. thanks ever so
