Have a look on one of the sales websites for similar boxes with photos as well as prices. Horsequest has usually a good selection.

Is it the original van shape, or box shape? I think the former may attract fewer buyers and they appear to be a bit cheaper. Also the look of it will affect things (even if it shouldn't), if it looks smart and shiny it'll go for more!

I will shortly be advertising mine of a similar spec to the one you have described, 1100 payload and box shape, generally smart looking and a good solid conversion, but lower mileage of just over 100k, probably for about 15k.

ETA: I have just remembered that I made a spreadsheet a couple of weeks ago to compare similar conversions for sale in order to price mine. If yours is a box shape, let me know if it's smart looking and I can work out the estimated price!

I stuck mine on a couple of 3.5t groups and the 2 county horse pages on Facebook, 1st who saw it bought it 5 days after ad went live.

However many photos you take, you'll still be asked for more, plus the usual how much to tax (easily answered), insure etc (ask insurance company you nit!) How many keys, security etc. Plus specific questions on service history etc.... so get the answers ready on a word doc to just copy over. V important to know age of tyres, when belt change done, plus things like cab heater working (older movano's can have issues).

It has some age related marks, but nothing i would consider too major - its a van conversion rather than box shape

Saw a couple recently of similar age and mileage between 6-8k. Also where are you as I'm in the market 😜

I got £6k px on mine from a dealer. 2010, fewer miles, very smart re-covered seats, cameras etc. I might have got more selling privately but I just cba with the hassle.

Facebook horseboxes for sale pages worked well for me. It was bought unseen and had so many people wanting it. Was a 7.5t.
Good luck!
