Where to advertise Livery

I have 2 brand new stables on a very nice yard near Chorley in Lancashire, we have good turnout, excellent hacking and a brand new ménage.

I have put a small add in 2 local tack shops but not had any calls and was wondering where people had advertised with most success?

I was thinking maybe Farmers guardian maybe????

I put an ad on newrider and in one week I had 8 replies. New horse moves in tomorrow!

Hi,
i would say tack shops, RC website (maybe add it onto the Longton RC noticeboard on their website?) also mention it to your farrier, put an ad on stabletalk and new rider (as you have done).
From expereince FG - waste of money, the equestrian section is tiny nowadays and all of the horsey people i know stopped buying it! A website is excellent - you can make them for free using a sitebuilder and its amazing what response you get! (think lots of borded horsey people at work, sneak onto the intenet looking for stables.....)
