Where to buy abbot davies training aid?

Hi,

I have been reading up on the abbot davies training aid after being recommended one but I can't seem to find anywhere on line to buy one, does anyone know where I can get one please? I have checked ebay! Thanks

You can get a VERY similar thing, made by Anne Rees.

Try ebay or preloved the Ann Rees one is virtually identical though

The Ann Rees one is virtually identical to my Abbott Davies one, just has an elastic insert instead of a rubber ring, wouldn't call it a brand new design at all but I do like using my AD one, had it for donkeys years now.

I'd like to know too, used it years ago and wanted one for my mare but the AD website has vanished.

Looked at the Ann Rees but wondered if anyone else has used it..

Look at the EquiAmi riding aid,mits quite similar although not attached to the reins, and half the price of the Anne Rees one!

I have not one but two abbot Davies (lol!) and have used an Ann Rees one. It's pretty much the same concept tbh, I prefer the AD as I prefer the rubber ring rather than the elastic.

I got my AD off eBay fairly cheaply a few years back.

I've got the equi ami combi aid but found the riding aid does nothing for my horse!
