I have made the desicion to buy a horse for my partner and my mum.

my mum is an experienced rider but wants something to hack every now and then.

My partner is a novice, he has popped a few jumps but know the basics.

Im looking for a horse that is suitable for them both. where do you look???

i would just look in local tack shops on www.horsemart.com (you can type in a key word) and any classified sites really

if you look back over the threads you will see not to touch them with a bargepole. If you mean where to look for a bomb proof horse i wold place an add on the horse mart and ad trader website stating the type of horse you want.xxxx

I'd also try Pony Club website, if there's something in your local area members of club should be able to give you good insight into the temperment of the horse.

No horse is 'bombproof' flight instinct always kicks in!! Would always suggest buying through word of mouth if possible, or loaning with a view to buy at first. There are a lot of horses out there, and a genuine seller would want their horse to go to a good, suitable home. Good luck xx
