Where to buy horses?

I think you just need to check as many as you can, some sites are much more active than others, usually the better ones, I look on Horsequest, H&H, PC site, Horsemart, NFED they are all very fast moving with horses added daily. Others I look at but when selling had little or no response from, include Horsehunter, adhorse there are so many you really need to get a feel for which have the type you want.

I think even an everyday horse deserves a good ad, none of the sites are too expensive and if someone wants a good home they will be able to write a decent ad put in a photo and pay for it.
 
Another vote for NFED, specially if you want a TB free or under £1000. There is a wide range of types on there so something for everyone.
 
Look on them all. I looked on coloured contacts, preloved, dragon driving (:eek::p) horsemart, horsequest, and various others but I actually found my mare from over there >>> ;)

Think I viewed one from preloved, one from horsequest and one from coloured contacts (and my mare was on coloured contacts but I saw her here first). I nearly viewed 2 DD ones but they had sold before I could go.
