Wonder what's happened at Viovet. They were always good but before Xmas I had trouble with them sending me the incorrect item and having to return it twice after they sent it to me again after the first time i returned it.

Apparently they've moved warehouse.

If they'd told me this would mean no items, no answer to emails or phone call a month later, I'd never have bothered ordering from them!

There’s a thread “mole online / viovet no show” that was started this morning in Club House asking the same question.

I won’t be rushing back to them after being let down with an order a few weeks ago.

I got the following email....

Hello Mrs,

Thank you for your email.

I sincerely appreciate you letting us know that you have not received your order yet.

Our warehouse has been closed over the Christmas period due to a move of location. We have moved to a new warehouse, which is 5x the size of our previous one, so that we can hold more stock and provide a much more efficient service to our customers.

Due to the move, unfortunately some orders are delayed, and I am sorry to inform you that your order is affected.

We are currently waiting for the stock of your order to arrive at our new warehouse, however we are expecting deliveries of more stock next week. We therefore estimate your order to arrive by the end of next week.

We really apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Hello Mrs madecme laugh though

I did chuckle at the more efficient customer service! They could hardly be worse at the moment ...

Hopefully they'll get it sorted soon & our orders will turn up 🤞

BMA2, I got the exact same email! My winter socks, ordered in November, are apparently arriving in the same timescale as quoted to you! I suspect that it will be spring before I get them...if I even do... I was trying to cx online & my order is neither in 'completed' orders nor 'current' orders...

365 vet is very good. I’m close to their physical shop (Beeston Animal Health) and have long bought my equine wormers from them.

Just a niggle that you can’t see on line with 365 vet how much of your prescription is left, whereas with Viovet it was always very clear to see and when your prescription runs out.

My vets now supply the cheaper Prascend generic Pergoquin at very competitive rates, so I no longer needs to buy Prascend on line.

I have had excellent service from Hyperdrug. I bought Waal clippers from them and they have had an issue and they have sorted it very effectively with picking up clippers, checking them and sending them back. I appreciate not drugs but I have bought wormers from them. All arrive quickly. Also used eVet who are good for dope and Gastrogard.

They usually show, on the invoice with your delivery, how much is remaining of the prescription. Having said this though, the last time I used them they told me I had 60 Prascend left on the prescription so I sent an order in only to be told there was nothing left!! They did apologise for their mistake, but I still had to rush to get another prescription from my vet.

I gave up and cancelled the order.
The dog has run out of joint tablets and now looks stiff so I'm really cheesed off.
But thinking...is that the reason shd looks lame? Or is it something else. Did they really make that much difference

Reviving this thread as I've always used Viovet and am looking for alternatives. However it looks as though EVet have closed down.

I had some things in my e vet basket a few days ago, which I thought I'd add a bit more to and check out today...and got this notice:

All existing orders that have been received will be fulfilled in the normal timescales. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be refunded in full.

Are Viovet still not up to speed then?

I ordered some buckets and saltlicks from Viovet on 30th Jan and they arrived on the 6th Feb.

I still have 60 Prascend on a prescription with Evetdrug, hope I can retrieve it.

I also use Pet Drugs online and Vetmediuk, whichever is cheaper when I'm looking.

Oh no!! I literally ordered from evet last week and still have more Cartrophen on my prescription. I hope I can get those somehow....😶
Ages ago I was getting prescription and buying Bute online for a previous horse. Prescription for 300 but I ordered 100 at a time.

I ordered from a company I hadn't used before and it didn't arrive. There was a disagreement and I cancelled the order

I then sent the prescription to another supplier and ordered from them. There was no problem with doing that.

In theory it goes back to the vet to check you haven't used it twice but from the online dispensers point of view, they don't check and accept a copy sent at face value.

I rang the vets and they said as long as I wasn't getting it filled twice, there was no problem in using a different supplier
