Where to find a rider for my lovely mare in Mid sussex?

Our lovely 5yo is looking for a rider, to stay at current yard Mid Sussex for the time being. She's fairly green but lovely to hack, a total sweetheart, chunky WB 16.2. I really don't know where to start finding someone - can anyone help us?

Well, you'll probably get told off for advertising but it depends an bit on what you want. Do you want a pro to develop her? A sharer? What are your plans for her?

I'm looking for a rider to get to know her; hack, school a bit, compete if they want and then if things work out a full loan or perhaps even sale might be available. She's much loved, so just finding a kind, competent person is our priority; everything else can be worked out down the line!! PM me for more details
