I need a wide one for my 4" wide three fold girth and to tuck in all the various side saddle straps as Hatty has decided to get a rub from the overgirth buckle and we have a dressage test next weekend!!

Anyone know where I can get a nice wide one?

Are sheepskin easy to cut? I'll have to make a slit at the side for the balance girth to come out of too.

I got a nuumed one over a zig zag girth so reasonably wide (with ability to stretch as not leather backed.

easy to cut too though I expect you will then need to stritch the hole.

if not wide enough they will prob make a wider one for you, if you ring them they will prob tell you width havent got mine here to measure for you

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I had a look at the Nuumed site but didn't see any wide enought ot buy on there but it's good to know they do custom made things for future reference!

I also looked for the shires one online but couldn't find one wide enough. My local tack shop doesn't really carry any girth sleeves (well wide ones anyhow) so I ended finding a LeMieux dressage ones that it wide enough but not too long to interfere with any of the other straps on my side saddle.

Hopefully it will come in time for the stressage!

I was going to recommend LeMieux when I saw the title of the thread - but see you've already ordered one. You won't be disappointed, they are worth the money. Superb quality, wash and wear well and are very wide.
