Where to find good deals on good rugs?

I am looking to buy a nice stable rug for Chalky this winter, preferably with a neck to keep him toasty warm Any suggestions? And also do you know where you can get discounts on rugs? Some on ebay seem quite reasonable, but know any other good buying places?
