Where to get a thin rope halter from?

Any ideas? I have one that is made of a thicker rope. I've currently been using a spare one at the yard which is made of much thinner rope, which is better for my horse, so looking at investing in one of my own.

Don't know where the yard one came from, but I'm not claiming it "for myself"! Not looking to spend a lot of money either, ie not the £25 Jason Webb one

I make my own :) Super easy when you've got the knack, you can make any size you want with any thickness of rope and its much much cheaper

I second the Shires one. It is a thin rope but quite a solid one so the halter feels sturdy rather than floppy when on. It is also under £10 including delivery, so I really could not be bothered to get in my car and go to B and Q, research the knot and make one, but kudos to those that do!

This ^^^^^.

You also get the satisfaction of having achieved something for free!

Try a ship's chandlers for rope. Gaelforce? Google!
