I've googled it and cannot for the life of me find out where to get hold of pig oil and sulphur! I did have "The Email" about it but I deleted it accidentally and I can't remember who it was that sent it to me.
We resorted to hibiscrubbing the coloured's heels this evening, they were red raw, then putting Camrosa on the sores. We're on the verge of lopping her feathers off but would rather just lather them in something that will work...
Suggestions appreciated!

Personally, I wouldn't use Camrosa

Theresa_F is the person who would have sent you the details of pig oil and sulphur.

I got some off ebay, although I havent used it yet! I went down the 4 weeks of Camrosa route last year, and would never recommend it as my mare, and everything that touched her, was a sticky mess by the end, and although it did help initially, her legs were bad again not long after.

This year I have had her injected for mites and am just scrubbing the waxy areas with betadine when they look sore.

Our saddlery stocks it, also stockde by some Argicultural Merchants
Its made by Battle Heyward Bowyer if you want to ask them to order it for you.

I get mine from heavy horse supplies - they are the cheapest unless you can get it locally.

If you want the very very long PM about mites, feather and generally looking after hairy horses, PM me and I will reply with it.

Theresa_F - I did save the PM, I found it saved deep within the messy depths of my computer!!
Thanks for the suggestions everyone, I've found some now so it's on it's way
