Where to get Roma Cordless Trimmer blades?!

Bought a pair of Roma cordless trimmers round Christmas time & the blades have now dulled. I've gone to look for new blades on several websites which previously stocked them but I've found that they no longer seem to have them. Have they discontinued this clipper & blades?
Can these little snap-on blades be sharpened or do they just need replaced completely?
These little things are so handy in the winter for clipping so I'm anxious to get the blades replaced before clipping time.

Yes, exactly those but unfortunately they are out of stock on that site & every other I seem to look on
