Hi All,

I **THINK** I may have access to a new 3yr, coming 4yr to produce to sell on.

He is very well related on both the dam & sire side, a very nice mover, a good looker, clean vet cert and boy can he JUMP.

Oh, and he's an ISH... and I'm in Ireland, so basically, my question is where would I consider advertising him if I did get him while trying to avoid the usual dealers to cut out the middle man and maximise profit?

ie - he is, as we would say in Ireland, "too good" for the sales!

all the best!

There are plenty of people over here who would pay more for him if he was here than with you just for the convenience of being able to see him easily. They would pay more than it would cost them to go over.... daft, but true!

I'm sure loads of people would offer to have him for you over here.... might cost a bit though!

I've seen several horses based in Ireland advertised on the Horsequest website.

Pics required once you've got him!

I don't have any contacts per se, but I could provide DVDs / photos and arrange the transport, but I see what you mean by peoplem actually wanting to view the horse.

Dilemma!

I suppose I was hoping that I could advertise video & photos on a website, and then somebody might travel over to try him rather than go to the sales here in Ireland.

Any other ideas?!

I suppose I do have a friend or two, but as I said, without being mean, I am trying to cut out as many middle men as possible!
