Where to sell second hand stuff?

Hi all,

I've not used these forums in years, nice to see them doing well.

I've got a load of horse stuff (rugs, travel boots etc) and wondered if anyone knew the best place to sell stuff second hand? I'll use eBay as a fall back but wondered if there was anything better. I'm in altrincham, Cheshire. Even willing to give some of it away for free to a rescue centre if necessary but don't know where local ones are? I've kept the stuff for a few years after selling my horse but about to move house and need to face the fact I'm unlikely to be a horse owner again (at least until my son has grown up in 18 years!)

I think I read there's an equestrian car boot sale coming up in April in Altrincham but I'm not sure whether that's a better option?

What about looking if Facebook has a Cheshire horse and rider group that allows sales you would target a local audience then.

Waiting to be accepted onto a couple of Cheshire Facebook sites. In the meantime I went on an eBay frenzy today, got 20 people watching a set of thermatex wraps I didn't even remember buying! Forgot how addictive eBay was!
