Which Bit Do You Use And Why?

NS team-up for the big guy just now. Thinking that will probably change once we start jumping but it's fine for now.

L is in a universal with roundings for jumping and a French link loose ring snaffle for flat.
T has a French link snaffle with cheek pieces for flat and a happy mouth 2-ring gag for jumping.
 
Ns baucher with lozenge. My boy has a small soft sensitive mouth and he seems to like it. Have tried a few but always careful to chose mild bits. He came to me with a happy mouth which he clearly hated but his old owners insisted he must be ridden in. Difference in him was almost instant!

I ride my horse tackless , and if someone asks me to ride their horse , I will only ride it with either a halter or a sidepull . If I did ride with a bit , I would not touch the reins at all , as I would be to scared of hurting the horse
