Which bit?

Our pony usually is ridden in a gag or kimblewick, occasionally a snaffle for flat work. She is really bad for leaning on the bit, and does not work that well using a snaffle. We are entering working hunter and family pony classes at shows, but would ridding in a stronger bit not be suitable, if so which bits are exceptable?

Lots of schooling is needed. A bit is not a quick fix.

When you say gag, do you mean a TRUE gag, or a Dutch gag? A true gag and a Kinblewick have totally opposite actions do I'm confused as to why you are using both.
