do you use for quarter markers stencils?

is this a silly question? i've never used them before but think they look fab and want to have a go.

A stiff body brush i would imagine

I've always used a body brush, its not really about the brush but making sure the coat is brushed in the right direction.

Dampened body brush, with either water or hairspray.

do you hairspray the area afterwards?

I put hairspray on the brush itself, holds it nicely, I suppose you could spray it on afterwards.
