I'm going to a jumping comp on Sunday - have entered 2ft - 2'3 and 2'3 - 2'6.
I know 2'6 isn't huge but my pony is being a bit of a hooligan at the moment (mainly being strong) and is also putting in dirty stops. I've also still got a black eye and brusied face after a jumping incident last week when I landed face first on his head!
We're more than capable of doing the classes I've entered but I'm not feeling that confident he'll do an nice, controlled round, and I'm wondering if I should just stick to the 2ft/2'3 class and maybe do the 1'3/1'6 before hand as a warm up to get my own confidence again?
