The traditional 2 types of roan are strawberry and blue. The rest are just derived from these 2

I had a palomino roan a few years back. We never really got on tbh, but I'm not sure that had anything to do with her colour............!

I voted Chestnut Roan as my old is just about this colour according to season and his passport .... however I think I prefer Blue Roan

I had a bay roan and he was just amazingly gorgeous I miss him sooo much. In the summer he went a lovely metalic silver colour and had black points he was sooo striking. It's a nice way of having a grey without them being such a mud magnet.

i like all roans and coloureds,

but have to go with blue roans! second is strawberry tho

i think i like blue roans best because my fave colour is blue, i suit the co,our blue best and my eyes are blue
