Which colour jacket?

Which colour jacket do you wear for dressage?

And what level do you compete at? (unaff/aff)

I want to (eventually)! do novice affiliated, however we are currently pootling about prelim, so we currently sport a black show jacket. But as im very (very) pale, im thinking grey may be better...? But I dont want to stand out for the wrong reasons

navy. always have, always will. i think it looks really smart. you can always have a warm-coloured cream stock (a yellowy cream) or something that's a bit more flattering next to your face?

i should have added i have a black hat (which admitidly is too big but i love it)!

I currently wear a black jacket with 2 buttons (not4 )!! and a pink stock

Ive seen a lovely black jacket, silver buttons

but also a caldene grey/pink jacket but would no doubt get thrown out the dressage arena.....?

can i still wear my white jods with navy???

i hate beige. i prefer white for dressage...

you can't wear white with tweed, it's fine to wear it with navy. i can't stand white breeches, i don't think they flatter anyone! much prefer cream or beige but that's just personal taste obv!

we do look smart but i do need a new jacket. I bought it two years ago on ebay for a tenner (new!)

its too short in the arms tho

I would definitely wear a navy jacket as it really brings out colour. is it possible to try and put some sort of navy hat cover on your hat??! also white jods for smartness! good luck xx

im going to buy a new hat - just for shows

have found a few navy jackets i like around the £40 mark so it wont break the bank

i always have were still crap tho so makes no diff atm haha
