My mare Pippa has had the all clear today to be ridden in a month after sustaining a ligament injury. We are still doing our 'controlled walking' each day and have a way to go yet but I’m over the moon to know I'll be getting back on her soon! So, I have decided to treat her to a new bridle but can't choose between these two, so which do you prefer?

Any other nice looking plain bridles out there?

The Jeffries one, love their leatherwork. If you really want to splash out the Elevator padded bridle is lovely, have one for my mare and its fab.

I have a jefferies bridle and really was not impressed with the leatherwork at all. I don't know whether it was just my particular bridle. However I have always heard good reviews about sabre :).

My old saddler (eventer) was a Sabre fan and I've had a few Sabre bridles which have been great, lovely leather and clean up beautifully despite much abuse.
I do love my Elevator bridle as well....and the Jeffries knee boots are lovely leather too...
Sorry, no help really. Ermm, love Stubben too.
Will shut up now.:o
