shiney or soft(quilt) rugs ??

Shiny tough outsides for me, my mare is filthy inside and out so something that is tough and easy to clean wins out for me!

It would have to depend on the horse for me and how dirty they are in the stable. I still tend to lean towards the duvet style for my horse.

And what the material is made out of. The Amigo Insulator for example is shiney but not tough and the stable stains would leak through, the Rhino is really tough shell so nothing would get through really and the Chillton is a duvet type but is layered underneath so the stable stains and pee don't seep through.

yeah i generally prefer the shiney ones but have seen a soft one that i like the look of
