Just wondered which are the most popualr online equestrian shops people use and why?

Is it price?

Ease of use of website?

Range on website?

Customer service?

Postage costs?

Good sale items?

Also what do you buy mostly?

Many thanks

I use:

Equestrian Clearance - for rugs
Rideaway - for a bit of everything

I used to use Derby House, Robinsons and Frogpool Manor and still will if they are cheapest on something but tend to stick to EC and R as they are the most reliable and the items come quickly with no fuss.

Equestrian Clearance- usually check there first for bargains. They're also very quick.

Robinsons and Rideaway- good value and fast delivery. Rideaway also seem to have the largest selection of stock. Not keen on their website though so tend to use the catalogue and search by code.

4Dobbin and Derby house for things not stocked elsewhere.

In the past have also used Frogpool, Dragonfly Saddlery and Country Supplies.
We are very remote so anything we need tends to be sourced online as far as tack, rugs and supplements. Feed i can buy locally!

EBay, but mostly real businesses that sell through eBay rather than private sellers, e.g. Oberon Equestrian. Premier Equine and some other OEM websites if I know exactly what I want. Other purchases tend to be 1-offs when a particular online shop has exactly what I need (few stock stuff in my size).

I see you are busy researching for the new job!

I have just ordered 2 rugs from surrey equestrian- never seen the site before and came across it by accident- the rugs i was after were cheaper here and the postage was reasonable aswell.
They had a very wide range of stuff. I ordered last Friday and not got it yet though so cant comment on delivery just yet...however the stuff i ordered from Ebay's prequestrian shop on the weekend came a few days ago also great prices and capped postage.
