Mine, of course would be Miners Frolic

He is such a classy horse and looks very good in all phases. And SDS, another one who looks very classy and another 2012 horse that I would love to ride!

Also Opposition Buzz and Michael Jung's horses as they both look so bold and quick at XC and look lovely to have a good gallop around a big course on.

I also liked the Polish horse (cant remember the name

) and Tachou ( I would have loved to see how well he got round the XC)

Im going to stop there before I name every horse!

Hmm...... I'm not so keen on MF or SDS, the two most successful ones too! Perhaps that's why mine aren't very good! I think I may have a serious case of bad taste

I'm going for Idalgo, Finland's Lucky Accord, The Netherlands' Roosje Embregts and Italy's Iman Du Golfe along with Tamarillo - he's lives in Europe so he counts

I'll have to go for a trip round most of Europe or should I get them delivered

I'd need some new stables though I only have 5 and 6 neds atm as it is!!!

can't remember it's name but a very classy dutch horse that mike t said moved like a GP dressage horse. It was pulling like a train XC then got elimnated but I did like it!

Miners Frolic, Gazelle de la Brasserie, and the German horse that was going brilliantly till tipping rider off at 2nd water, the one they said had jumped to 1m50, even i might be able to sj that one!
i adore Idalgo but don't kid myself that i'd be able to ride one side of him...!
from last euros, there was a stunning horse ridden by a young Italian girl, very classy dark bay, i can't remember his name, had a run out at 3rd shooting butt down hill, but he was just perfect.

Miners Frolic - I think he is just magic

And Opposition Buzz - I was drooling watching him in action today
grin.gif
Not a hope in hell I could ride either though

Idalgo is just lovely. I also really liked the grey horse ridden by the French Karim something or other. Ok so he landed on his rider at the third last but i'm sure that wasn't his fault

Tim Lips' horse is Concrex Owaola, it's his 2nd string! Very nice but looked almost too powerful to me. He won Breda on it but wasn't kicking on quite as much so wasn't having such a problem balancing it. Michael Jung won Compiegne on Sam this year, but his younger horse that took 2nd there was even more impressive and I'm sure will be in London 2012. If I could take one home I think it would be Juan Carlos' horse. Expo du Moulin and Stand by Me are both great but would want something younger. I was so disappointed Expo didn't get to showjump after going round the cross-country in his old manner. I thought it was noticable how the French rode all the turning distances really well, they simply cannot avoid Pierre Michelet's courses in France and that type of going is common. Does anyone else think the Germans wanted to burn down those arrowheads at the water splash after the xc?!

PMSL Tilly and I were laughing (in a commiserating sort of way) at the same thing - they didn't seem to cause that many problems for any other nation and rode perfectly well on 5 or 6 strides

So weird, the Germans completely imploded, didn't they, only one finisher! He was very very classy, though
smile.gif

I would snaffle the GOORRGEOUS Finnish horse straight away - that round was sheer class! I have been in love with Idalgo for years - his beauty, his athleticism and his slightly cheeky brain, just my type! I'd go along with Kerilli I don't suppose I could ride one side of him but, you know what, I'd bloomin' well learn

I hated Tim Lips' horse, it just looked far too boat-like and difficult to manoevre, wasn't at all surprised to see them come unstuck - it's interesting how we're all different isn't it? I admire MF but he wouldn't be the one for me, and I think we must give Piggy credit for transforming SDS, who has, after all, been around a while, into something that looks rather more special than previously!

OK the horse who the chap rode towards the end of the day, not sure if he was an individual but remeber commentator said the chap was up for chairmanship of some big horsey oranisation soon.
Horse looked to be one of the easier rides and most likely to cope with a non pro jockey.
