Potts is a 18yo 14.3hh conne x tb on applechaff and D&H's 16+

Harley is a 15yo 15.1hh Welsh D on applechaff and Ride&Relax

So what horses do you all have and which feeds do you give them?

I have a 14hh Anglo Arab who is 27 years old. At the moment I am feeding her a handful of Happy Hoof and a handful of Fast Fibre.

Last winter she lost a lot of weight following illnesses. Touch wood if she stays happy and healthy, I will just increase her amounts of the above and add sugarbeet.

I am a fan of Allen and Page Fast Fibre simply because of the high fibre content and ease of use but the starch levels in other A&P feeds scare me!

I love Spillers feeds!

My 7yo Anglo Arab doesnt have any feed at the moment but in the winter i was feeding him hi-fi and D&H High fibre nuts. He didnt have SB because he was on box rest but usually he will have SB too

My 3 year old trad cob is on 1/4 scoop of cool mix, 1/4 scoop of alpha a oil, mug of black sunflower seeds and small scoop of speedi-beet

Im not feeding at the moment unless i wanna spoil him - but normally he will be on a form of apple chaf - normally alfa a with apples thingy ma bob and conditioning cubes
Garlic
Oil
:)

my ISH has a wodge of hay a day when in small paddock as there's not much in there - then over night in large grass field has just grass

feeding - she has twice a day:
a small scoop of cheapie chaff
1 squirt soya oil
1 scoop joint supp
1 scoop pollenex (for headshaking)
an apple
a carrot
5 D&H eqibites
some salt (mix of lo-sodium and normal to get sodium and potasium as she's a sweaty betty!)

she competes on this level of feed and is currently a bit rotund (not fat - just not streamline as i like her ;)) after a few weeks low work - but before that she was super fit - so has not lost much fitness - just got a bit of a belly - she's back on full work now though and i'll not up feed until she's streamline again = then she may get half a scoop of allan and page power and performance twice a day

im currently doing a Winergy feed trial, so getting my feed free at the moment, and im using the meduim energy feed on my 4 yr old 16.1 TB gelding, and he gets 4 stubbs scoops of that a day split over 2 feeds.
he gets ad lib hay in the evening and out on grass during the day.
im not feeding any supplements (as winergy requested), but normally he would also get a general vitamin supplement.

Good - doer arab mare:
Saracens Releve
Winergy Ventilate
Equine America Ty-Guard
Winter glow

Poor -doer TB gelding:
Blue Chip
Omega Rice
Alfa Oil
Speedi-beet
Flexi Limbs
Winter glow
Equivite Body Builder
Protexin gut Balancer

Both out on ok grazing 7pm - 7am and have ad lib newly baled hay whilst in during the day.

Both currently competing in 80km endurance rides

1 feed per day which consists of:

1 1/2 mugs baileys lo cal balancer
3 small scoops of garlic (you know the tiny blue ones you get in supplements)
and a tiny amount of mollichaff herbal, just enough to mix in 25ml of oestress.

Out at night, one slice of hay in the day (she sleep all day, often leaves some hay over)
