Which fly rug. . ?

I really like the mark todd one with the lycra insert on the withers. . .

Anyone got any that they would say were good?

I like the PE one but i dont know what that is like. . .

So any ideas would be super

My friend has the rambo fly buster and swears by it, I have the rambo sweetitch hoody and it's fantastic, both are hard wearing it's just the sweetitch hoody covers the neck completely even whilst grazing. I'm not sure of the quality of the mark todd ones so can't comment about them but the rambo ones are (like all their rugs!) worth the extra money!!!
 
hmmmm. . .

What do you think of the other rambo ones. . . im guessing quality will be just as good. . . I am just not willing to spend over £100 on a rug which is likely to get ripped, due to him going on little adventures lol.

I had problems with the amigo cheap light turnout (600D?) ripped very easily, but the 1200D turnout is fab very hard wearing, so I'm not sure how hearwearing the fly rug is... I find the cheaper the rug the less hardwearing it is. I used to have the weatherbeeta fly rug but it slipped back, tight across shoulders and ripped easily (and my horse is NOT a rug trasher!! She's still got rugs that are 15 years old!! I find the hoody and the fly buster are hardwearing and therefore less likely to tear therefore being more cost efficient (but there are exceptions if your horse is a bad rug trasher then no rug will be up to the task therefore better to buy cheap!!)
 
I had a rambo sweetitch hoody but I've replaces it with a PE one and actually prefer it. My sister's pony wears one too and they fit really well, don't rub or slip and they wash well in the machine.
