Which HAAS Brushes?

I've read the sheet that someone posted on another thread, but still can't decide!

I have a bay coloured, 2 chestnuts and a black. The black does not have a coarse coat as the sheet suggests, but the softest silkiest coat ever!

I want one "deep" grooming brush, and one "surface" brush for each of them.

Which should I get?? I am going round in circles here...

Or are there any other brushes which people would recommend please?

My hill pony, who has a full fluffy but silky coat likes the Schimmel followed by one of the white horsehair finishing brushes (we have one of the children's brushes for her, think it's called a 'cuddle brush')
My Fell has a very fine, short dense coat. He prefers the Lincoln groomer followed by one of the white Haas brushes with the raised edges - his is the Princeling which has a leather back (we got it mostly for the name as he's a Cumbrian princeling :) ) - there are a few others that look similar. Also have a dark bristled brush which is great for brushing off sweat marks and dirt. This one has dense horsehair bristles that are more in tufts and no raised edge, can't remember it's name but there seem a few similar.
They are very nice brushes to use.
 
The Schimmel is amazing. I was using it this morning and was amazed by how easily it took stains off. I've had it months and it still amazes me :lol:

I've got The Diva as well, which is a final polish type brush, which makes him shine. I keep meaning to get another in between one, some sort of body brush type of thing. Might go for The Princeling, just because he thinks he is one :lol:
 
Think it was me who posted the sheet re Haas brushes.

I've now got both a bay set and a grey set. Tbh, as I progress through the sequence of four brushes in each set, each brush seems be able to lift off more crud so I wouldn't be without any of them. (I sound like I'm selling them, but I'm not!) Maybe the Diva would be the expendable one, as a polishing mitt could do the same job.

I've had my brushes for a few weeks now, and the novelty hasn't worn off, and my horses are sparkling. Definitely one of my better equestrian purchases.
 
The Schimmel is amazing

I have two body brushes, the Lippizaner and the Welsh, the former is a very posh brush but for daily practicality the Welsh is just perfect
 
Thanks so much for the recommendations!

Is the Schimmel suitable for all coat colours? The black has a supersoft coat, the chestnuts fairly normal, and the white bits on the coloured are thicker and moult more than the bay bits!
 
I have the haas mustang which has brass wires in it. It gets mud off my unclipped d very easily! I wish i had bought 3 of them as they were on sale on horze but are all gone now!
