Looking to replace my hay nets with a more natural positioned feeder, but there are so many I'm unsure of which is best.
He is fed hay, about 10-12kg a day so it's got to hold a lot, I have never soaked hay but have often wondered if I should though he does not have any respritory issues & has been eating dry hay his whole life. He doesn't tend to be greedy, will eat what he wants & leaves the rest, I just really don't want him running out of food. I have looked at a few & so far I like the Flexi-rac, hay cube, hay saver (would need to measure it out though as it's really for the field) & the eazigrazer looks good.
I'm not bother about having his feed bucket in it as I suspect he will just have a strop, he likes it in his bed. So far my favourite is the flexi-rac as it would be the easiest to clean, but any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome.
