which horse calmer?

My horse has recently started to become V strong, to the point where she is hysterical. I am not sure if it is hormonal or just the spring grass.

Can anyone recommend a good calmer/hormonal balancer?

Horses don't become strong for no reason and while grass could be the reason (in which case take her off it, that way you know if it is the grass) it could be something like back, tack or teeth.

Is it any particular point she becomes strong?

I bought 2 new saddles for her in january, which were re checked last week by a master sadler so I hope that isn't the issue.

Her teeth are done regularly so it shouldn't be that either.

She's always been a bit naughty but in the last week, it's become ridiculous. I was wondering if it was the spring grass (which is now restricted) or because of being in season.

My riding instructor suggested I used a supplement to try to calm her down.

She gets particularly excited when we jump but it's enthusiasm which is a good thing, just not at 100mph!
