Which is best?

We've just taken on a 18 year old Cleveland bay cross she will be used mainly for light hacking obviously she is now getting on so we are looking towards giving her something to keep her in her best condition she currently has no problems no stiffness obvious injuries etc so would like to keep her like this
Soo what is the best joint additive to give her she already gets garlic, seaweed, cod liver oil some prob say were already over doing it but if it helps her the so what
