Except for my JW one I have always had English leather bridles. However I recently looked at a 2nd hand Elevator bridle and shame it was too big as it was the softest leather I have ever seen, especially the head piece

Are there any other makes like this that do comfort bridles??

I don't like the heritage ones the back of the leather goes funny IMHO
 
I was always a die hard Elevator fan but recently got a Prestige with comfort headpiece...it is as soft as butter I adore it!
 
yes elevator - I have one and its lovely - they do them without a flash as mine is - i also bought a drop to go with it too - Mine is a full but Aoife has hers on top hole and just fits! they do come up big i think
 
I like the stubben 1800 passion Snaffle bridle- lovely soft leather especially on nose and and headstall. I've had mine for 6 months now and still soft despite all the raining on it we've had!
 
Amerigo bridles are gorgeous! My 2 patent bridles arrived today and the padding is so soft! Good for my big mans super sensitive face- he is a proper wuss! Plus the head piece is all one piece. He has a plain one and a grackle one already and both are in perfect condition despite being a few years old. Couldnt recommend them enough.
 
I have a large selection of bridles (bit of a shopaholic!!) the softest ones must be my Barnsby (got the one with built in magnetic headpiece) and my Amerigo one.
 
I have 2 prestige bridles and love them! Had an Albion before that and just thought the quality wasn't good enough for the price. That's maybe just me though because they have plenty of fans!

second this, plus the Equipe bridles are amazingly soft and flexible, even when new. The headpiece is one piece with the noseband straps actually built into it, its nicely padded and shaped away from the base of the ears too. My horse actually goes better since we have had it, he no longer headshakes, so I assume it must be the comfort and the shaped headpiece!
 
I just bought an Albion bridle as well - for the exact same reasons - the padding is lovely and the leather is great. The poll, noseband, and the brow band are all padded with soft leather. If you buy from the National Saddle Centre, you can buy all the parts of the bridle in whichever size you want - so you can mix & match sizes to get the right fit, that's what I did. I just got it about 10 days ago, and the horse seems happy and comfy in it.

I did a lot of research before buying it - my criteria were: has to be soft leather and have a padded poll and noseband. I looked at lots in shops etc, and in the tack room at the yard! Everyone with Albion bridles were completely happy with them, and even 5 year old Albion bridles looked amazing and still kept their shape. So, they go the distance as well :)
