Which jumps? (plastic type)

My aunty has decided to upgrade our old woodedn showjumps to a nice plastic set.

There are so many about I wondered if anyone has any recomendations possibly with prices? They need to be quite tough (dairy farm - say no more!) and we hold some local shows / clear round / clinics and RC so a good selection inc fillers or a wall.

We have all the brochures but not sure what to choose!

PM me if you like.

I've just bought a set of JumpJoy jumps.....love them! I decided against PolyJumps as the quality isn't as good.

This is the Novice course plus 4 more stands, they will make 8 upright jumps........cost £1,690

My new jump for joy stands arrived yesterday!

If you want jump stands then Jump for Joy

However for walls, fillers and keyhole track wings I'd go with polyjumps as Jump for joy are much more expensive.

Safety system distributed by polyjumps are butt ugly, but the poles are cheaper.

I've also seen a very other german ones and some on eBay, but haven't seen those in the flesh.

We bought Jump for Joy jumps in 2002. They have been used on a busy livery yard and not one pole, filler, stand or water tray has been broken. They have lived outside 100% and this year for the first time the fillers look faded - but they are 6 years old.

What are the postage charges from jump for joy like? On their website it says postage is an extra 10% of the order value which is loads if you are spending £2000. Can you pick up? We have big trailers etc which will carry them. Any experience? Esp _Claire_ as hers seem to be the most recent purchase.
Thanks everyone

i've got jump for joy, they've done about 7 years now and are as new. i'd go for them, no doubt at all.
if you're a member of EHOA you get 5% discount, fwiw...
i'm sure you can pick up - they're in worcester area. i collected some pre-ordered ones from them from an event they were attending years ago, they were very reasonable about it!

Hi, phone j4j the woman is really nice and yes you can collect them. They are based just south of Birmingham. I put a post about a week ago and j4j came out as the best. If you phone them and tell them your buget and what you want etc they will email you different courses that you can have.

I love our J4J. I ordered some off the website and they had changed the diameter and height of the uprights, but this didn't become obvious til they arrived. I rang to say had I known they would look so different, I wouldn't have ordered so they made me a custom height set! I was told to use the others while I waited but didn't want to in case they got marked and rang them every 12 weeks (for over a year) to remind them to pick them up. I was knocked flat when the director told me I was welcome to keep them, with his compliments! We did cut the tops off and reglue the cap bit on, so they aren't a lot taller than my others. I highly recommend them. Mine are the old design with no balls on the top, though

We have lots of Polyjump blocks a few planks and fillers by them as they are cheaper. We also have the big triangle things and use those normally or flat on their sides, stacked on on another, as a corner. Kids jump them from the pointy end to the wide end or across the angle as a corner. You can also stand them on the pointy bit and jump them like an arrowhead!
