A friend has leant me some linseed to try my TB on, it's the stuff I cook in the slow cooker for 8 hours, and I'm really pleased with the effects so far, so want to buy my own bag.

But which is best, the ground stuff I guess I just add straight to his bucket, or the stuff I cook?

Where do I get it from? I'm in Oxfordshire

Thanks

I rate the micronised linseed from Charnwood mills

The send nationwide

Don't go for the cubes of any type, as they are just the rubbish that's left after they've take the oil out

You could ask your feed merchant to order it for you. Ive recently donme that and I get it for 21 quid instead of the 28 quid because of the postage costs. Regardless of postage costs, it really is a cheap feed and a bag goes miles.
