Which of these properties with land would you buy?

Sorry Ruthmeg but that only has two separate cottages, I mean what I am supposed to do when my friends come to stay, ask them to camp? I love looking at the really expensive houses on websites like Knight Franks. The garages on most are bigger than my whole house. Going back to OP, the first one.

"Shaftesbury 5 miles" I couldn't be expected to travel 5 miles to Shaftesbury!!! :D

Very nice...fingers crossed my numbers come up in the Euro Lotttery tonight...I'll have a big party in my new 6 bedroom house and of course your all welcome as long as you wipe your feet before you come in!!!!

Ah - you need this one - http://resources.knightfrank.com/getres.ashx?id=0e9613ca-526b-40b7-be26-c51ce0f47b5a&type=1

10 cottages and houses - most are short-term tenancies only so chuck all of them out and you'd have plenty of space!

It's got plenty of land too - bit short on stabling but quite a few buildings suitable for conversion! No price, of course! If you need to ask, you can't afford it!

ETA - I lie - there IS a price - it's a snip at £14 million!

Totally floating in fantasy world now...if I had one won one of those huge lottery wins like the 56 Million then I would just buy Noseley Hall over the phone...what a place and the chapel!

WOW....WOW....WOW
That is some place. *going off into dream land*

I'm not keen on any of them and the thrid is particulary vile!

Ruthnmeg's choice is a bit vulgar - looks like the sort of place a footballer would buy!

That said, they are all better than my house!

UH OH....* Sorry H and H * I figured nobody would actually say ' yes please here's the cash, we can move in next week! ' It has been in H and H I think though. I shall remove it ( If I can figure out how...

xx

i like the first one and i love the area. Third ones ok and Tenby is lovely too.
Personally with 5 neds that live out i would need more land. My ideal home would be about 12 acres with 5 beds and a school.............dream on!!!!!!!!!!

Gosh have had a busy day viewing all of them. Quite liked the £14m one but not sure about the colour of the grass - its the wrong shade of green. Will we ever find anywhere we like. Seriously did think we have seen somewhere earlier this week but it is already under offer. There are so few affordable places with land (at least almost affordable to us) that you need to know about them before they are on the market I think.
