Which Pics To Buy

Was at the Pony Club championships today and someone set our camera on 'night' for some reason, so all our jumping shots came out blurry! Here's the three the photographer took, pony will be for sale soon so I'd like one from the champs, but not sure which is the most 'sellable'?

They're all so nice but so different so I'm not sure which to choose!

So you're using 3 photos here, but only going to buy 1? If that's the case and you don't have permission it's really not fair on the photographer, below is the definition of the word copyright...... I've looked at the photographer in question's website and there's a fairly unmissable "copyright notice".

Copyright is one of the main types of intellectual property - others include designs, patents and trademarks. Intellectual property allows a person to own things they create in the same way as something physical can be owned. It is the right to prevent others copying or reproducing someone's work.

They're very nice pictures for a reason - it's a pro photographer using his experience and equipment to get the best shots of your pony. So many people do this and it's wrong on all fronts.

Sorry to have a go at you when you're not the only one but it is one of my bugbears - I'm not a photographer btw but my husband is and when people do this it is effectively stealing his work.

Ditto this (except the bit about being married t a photographer!!) ... People nicking images they have no rights to use makes me very cross indeed.

Why not buy all three pics and then ask us to chose which one gets used for your ad.
