Which Referral Practice

Hello all

My horse has had his routine check up with the physio, to gear him up for this season, well that was the plan

Physio has found an abnormality along his spine which needs investigating, my vet is not equipped for this sort of thing so I need to pick your brains, has anyone used Leahurst or Three Counties Equine Hosp for this kind of problem? I have used Leahurst before but for a dental problem. Any thoughts/experiences gratefully received

I have used Three Counties for over 10 years, they have some excellent vets, staff and facilities. If you take your horse there talk to the practice manager or someone who has been there a while to recommend you the best vet. Although they are all good, they obviously have areas of expertise and interest and they can match you with the best vet for your horse's issue.

Thank you for your response my horse has been referred to the Three Counties, not sure which vet yet, good to hear they are good, I have had no personal dealings with them but have heard good things
