Which should I Buy?

I really need myself a new set of riding boots, I've had my mountain horse rimfrosts for too long now and they feel very nasty inside (slimy ewww!)
I've had my eye on a few pairs but i can't decide whether or not to go for short boots and chaps or long boots. I know when I had the long plastic riding boots they would catch me when I walked but I'm guessing I've grown a bit since then

Personally I think long boots look smarter but that's not a huge issue as they would just be for riding at home in.

It was the price that temped me too! I usually end up spending more than that on chaps and boots

They look like Mountain Horse High Riders, but much less money AND they are fleece lined. I want some now!

Now which colour to go for, woud brown look silly if I had a Black velvet hat...or should I get brown anyway cause I ride in brown tack...?

Personally I would go for Brown coz I think it looks smarter, but all my stuff is brown.

i had ariat icebergs from santa and they are fab, not very pretty but super warm winter boots

In this weather and mud I definately think long boots are the way to go - had too many soaking and muddy feet to clean after thinking I'll be alright in my chaps and joddy boots.
