Any recommendations greatly appreciated.
A friend of a friend was burgled in the middle of the night and 4 border terriers were stolen and she is currently trying to get the word out to try get them back so has made a Facebook page and is in the process of setting up a dogs lost page and is sharing with border terrier rescue group but any other places worth looking at?

I think it's always good to ask people to continue to share, then it'll trickle outward.

This is one of my worst nightmares; it's kept me up at night thinking about it after we had an opportunist burglar sniffing about the place recently. I really feel for your friend and hope the dogs turn up soon.

Dog lost as already stated. Print lots of posters and plaster the local area and vets etc. also add something such as " needs special diet" or "on medication" as thieves don't want sick dogs!!! My neighbours staffie was stolen from their garden but returned within 24 hours as they gave the impression he had a serious illness on the posters. Dog is actually as fit as a fiddle.
Hope dogs are returned soon

Log them with all dog wardens for several councils around. They don't communicate with the police or each other.
If they are chipped contact the chip database.
