Which stable mats?

Need some stable mats for one 12x12 stable. Have seen theses two on ebay but am not sure which ones are better!

These are the style I currently have -

But have also seen these which I am thinking might be nicer for the horse?

Equimats are way out of budget unfortunately.

The 12mm mats get moved around, i've used them and ended up doing the stable properly with 17mm mats which are back breakingly heavy but I won't need to replace them in a hurry. They've been down a couple of years and owe me nothing.

I don't think the EVA mats will stay in place due to the light weight of them.

That surprises me, I'm sure my other stables are done in 12mm and they have NEVER moved, nor have I ever had to lift them to clean under them. They were fitted very well and have been down for about 3/4 years now with no problems what so ever.
